Awful customer service. Faulty part replaced 3 times, went faulty again a few months later. Rather than an apology, all customer service said was that as it was a year since the first faulty part arrived they weren’t prepared to do anything. You’d expect a 12 month warranty to at least mean that you are at least guaranteed to have a 12 months of a working part, not at e-spares. Customer service attitude stinks and they claim that team leaders refuse to allow them to escalate complaints. Buy at your peril

Espares have the parts, and the website is easy to navigate. But this is only part of doing business. I will not mention the particulars of my experience, but In my opinion, their customer service is awful. The staff do not take the trouble to read an email thread and are unable to resolve any problem other than a simple return of goods. I would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere.

Do not use this service if you live in Ireland. No information on tracking. No idea where items are dispatched from. No help from customer service - they have no information and are reading from scripts. 9 days, and waiting, for an item that I have paid for.

They failed to deliver or even notify me despite the fact that I had paid for next day delivery. Complete waste of time. Did not even apologise. I cancelled my order, requested a full refund and went elsewhere. I will NEVER use them again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Terrible customer service Having paid £6 for next day delivery it is now 3 days after I placed the order with espares and I have heard nothing. DPD couriers advise they have not received anything from espares and it is impossible to contact espares. Still waiting

Absolutely useless customer service. Had ordered a freezer drawer cover replacement correctly as per the website questions only to be sent the wrong one. Called to ask to be sent the correct one to have to speak to two people (one of which was a supervisor who called me back) who were both useless. Neither could locate the correct product or guarantee I would receive what I wanted to order. Then asked me to Raise another order and pay again! When I said I wasn’t happy with that she asked me if I could Hold as she needed to speak to another manager (three people for one query?) Terrible and so angry that this is still not sorted. This process should be simple and in most cases therefore there won’t be a problem. Just hope you get the right product and don’t have to talk to useless staff who can’t get you what you want.

absolutely disgraceful behaviour. i ordered a fridge shelf that said on the website it came with a trim. so i ordered, the trim was the bit i needed. lo and behold it arrives, no trim. so i call, expecting them to just send the trim out. youd think that right?....nope, i got the probably most incompetent kid on the phone that sounded like she was about 12. told me she didnt know how to access stock levels. then i was told after THREE referrals to a supervisor that it would take 2 to 3 working days to check stock and they would call me back. i understand this was just a tiny order in their huge expanse of orders, however their customer service is awful. i wont go back again ever

Whilst they do provide dyson spares they also have misleading information on their site and a dubious retuns policy. I have found dealing with thier customer services very frustrating and thier total lack of understanding or common sense in dealing with a situation that was generally the fault of the company and not the customer. Totally inflexible and only interested in ensuring they get thier money. Not the sort of company I would deal with in the future.

called 3 times for a return. now over14days they saying its to late. A return/refund cannot be processed. Called today was put on hold after the operater kept hesitating and cound not answer my questions, asked to be put through to supervisor... got cut off !!!! called again they said they want to trace all my calls made to them. Have used them a few times only just ordered a part the other day not knowing this still was not collected....will not be using them agin and will not recommend !!!!!!! AVOID

Ok accepting your order. after finding that the part i ordered was wrong i rang and emailed within half an hour hoping to cancel the item. You guessed ? it still came making a round trip to the post office of twenty miles. they must have a very fast delivery department

They took 3 days to decide on the parts needed and got it wrong. Now despite a certificate of posting,proving I returned their property, they don't want to refund my money in full. Disgraceful.Who needs companies like this ?

Part ordered October was out of stock. Heard nothing so chased and was told that it would be received in December. Since then heard nothing so chased again today and was told (with the same bland/standard email ) that it was out of stock ....apologies blah blah blah ......and would be received in February. Latest email gave no indication that this was the second delay but simply trotted out the standard email/party line. Feels like a "get this off my desk" approach rather than genuine customer service. Not impressed.

I Ordered A Delonghi Heating element for my deep fat fryer On the 2nd of September 2017 Which there website said its in stock. I phone 2 weeks after and customer service said I would received my item by Thursday. I never receives my Item so I rang back on the 18th of September only to be told that they don't have the item in stock. This Company is a joke they should be fines for wasting customers time Im still waiting for my refund....

Ordered 4 small items, they never reached me. Apparently they were dispatched but got lost in transit. I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks for them to send me the items again, so I asked for a refund, they said they would process it within 3-5 days. 1 week goes by - no refund. I email again, and another employee says she has now actually processed the refund, please wait 3-5 days to process. Another week goes by and STILL NOTHING. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered on January 27th, 2017. It's now March 21st !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a lower basket and a cutlery tray for a dishwasher. The lower basket was fine - no problems whatsoever. The cutlery tray was broken - the lug where the handle fits on was broken off. I immediately tried to get in touch with espares. Every telephone number routes you via various options and then tells you to get in touch by e.mail. The web site says a returns label is sent with every order - not so! I sent an e.mail asking for guidance and 2 days later received a reply promising a reply within 48 hrs. 5 days from then still nothing. In my opinion very poor customer service. A very simple easily resolved problem ignored.
