“I ordered parts based on the order numbers supplied by Espares. Took a while to come. In the meantime I got a local engineer to come and fix my dishwasher. When the hoses arrived I put them away as backup for the future. I needed them now, opened the box to find wrongs ones sent out. Company refused to change them due to 14 day return policy. Don't rely on their uninformed staff to supply you with part numbers.”

“I ordered a fridge seal which I was told was out of stock, so phoned to cancel. An hour later was emailed and told the item was being posted and could not be cancelled???!!! I would have to return it when it arrived if I didn´t want it. Then I called and complained and was told not to collect it and just let it be returned to sender and I would get a refund! Four months later I still have no refund!!! I would never use this company again! Try partmaster very good customer services and cheaper!!!! Oliver miller - Unbeatable.co.uk”
