“Hello Espresso Parts, Thank you for all your help. The Acaso naked portafilter, precision basket, precision shower screen, steam knob, steam knob screws (thank you for the comp.) are all great! However, there is a problem, the two grouphead gaskets (thank you for the comp. on one) are not the right size, and they don't have the groove that the one that fits does. The old one that I pulled out of the grouphead has this text on it: "WEGA GI 12227" and then it has the numbers 18, 19,20,21,and 22 - and under the number 18, it has four dots, under the 19, it has four dots, under the number 20, it has one dot, and it has no dots under the numbers 21 and 22. There is also a "groove" on one side of the gasket. Please see the pictures provided. The old gasket is brittle and cracked, it really needs to be replaced. Do you carry this gasket? Thank for letting me know! -Gabriel Ruspini”

“I’ve now had multiple disappointing experiences with Espresso Parts, and at this point I can’t recommend them. First, I placed an order of more than $5,000, only to see every item drop in price by about $1,200 the very next week. There was no price adjustment offered and no way to be notified, so I was simply out of luck. That was frustrating, but I gave them another chance. My next order was worse. The item took a full week just to ship, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I ordered a triangle, and they sent a circle—not even in the same universe of being correct. It didn’t look like any real effort was put into fulfilling the order correctly. At this price point, and in this niche of equipment, you expect accuracy, communication, and some level of customer care. Unfortunately, my experiences have been the opposite.”
