“Our first time a package showed with broke. Part. Real bummer as were gifts for Christmas we let them know right away. We are traveling the very next day not back into town now till January. It took us almost 3 days to get a response back. Not sure if the package broke it transporter shipping company or who it was just very disappointing. Our first experience we did not get a good one with broken stuff just awaiting our credit now on the merchandise.”

“My order says it shipped on Dec 8th with a tracking number and label created but there has been no movement at all with UPS. Sent an email and as of yet no one has responded. This is a Christmas gift and I am very annoyed.”

“This is a gift for my son. He is the one who researched the item. I received the item today and it was packaged well, which was good as the outside box was beat up. The cup itself is sleek and nice looking. Received the filters to go along with it. I am sure he will enjoy using this every morning.”

“Love the set of 4 black cappuccino cups I purchased. They are sturdy and have a very cool coffee shop look. They were packed well. There may have been a little scratching of the saucer against the cup. I would recommend packing/shipping with a little wrap or paper between the cup and saucer.”
