“The part I needed to repair my espresso maker shipped out the same day that I ordered it and it arrived quickly. It works perfectly and they gave me excellent customer service over the phone before my purchase. On top of all of it, they had the best price available anywhere including big discount stores. Espresso parts is excellent!”

“1. Right part. 2 ups delivered on Monday after I paid an extra $33 for overnight Sat delivery. 3. I asked for my money back for the extra shipping charges . No response and no money returned as yet. 4. No customer service. Rick”

“Well while you guys did great the shipping was the issue. USPS took 10 days and the package finally arrived today 04/18. Somehow went from west coast to east coast to Texas and back.”

“Great selection, perfect customer service and like the product. Where we live all mail is delivered to a PO Box so that is the address I provided. A representative CALLED, yes a very nice real live person called to obtain our physical address for UPS delivery. Delivery was fast and shipping materials were excellent. I gave the product a like (instead of a love) because the saucer has too much flair, making it a bit difficult to use the cup handle. Love that it keeps coffee hot/warm.”
