“I had a fabulous experience with Espresso Parts! Initially, my order arrived partially incorrect. Upon emailing the help line, Bret promplty responded with a new tracking number for the replacement cups and gifted me the incorrect cups for the trouble. The cups themselves are beautiful, and very well made! Will be ordering from here again:)”
