“The tech was a young kid. At first seemed okay, but the know it all type. He then got very condescending, left with a filter leaking onto our floor. We were told that he would install our filtration espresso parts have me order. Then he got here and said that is not his job. He then said he has no Knowledge about any filtration system going in anyways. He treated women with a very degrading tone and simply ignored us. It was awful…. Now I have to try and get my equipment in so I can open. This is going to cost me my target opening day. Very very upset”

“Very pleased with my cup!! Double layer does help keep coffee warmer. Bought this as a gift and decided to keep one for myself. Recipient is pleased with their cup as well! I don't rough house my dishes so I don't see this breaking any time soon. This cup feels more sturdy than an almost identical one I just received from Kinto.”
