“Had a water connection (fitting) problem between EU standard that needed to adapt to US pipe fitting on my espresso machine. Explain problem to tech, knew what was needed and procured part which worked as planned. No plumbing supply store in LA carried the part. So I was happy with resolution”

“I have an Ascaso Dream Up PID that needed some parts. I ordered the wrong parts for it on a prior purchase and was stuck. I spoke to a customer service engineer at Espresso Parts and was very pleased to find that she not only walked me through the return process but ALSO performed all the research to be certain I received the correct parts on my next order. On top of this, she was very knowledgeable and explained to me a number of portafilter parts that were compatible from other manufacturers. This really was quite informative and provided me with what I needed in order to make my next purchase. Thank you again!”
