“I needed some very specific parts for my espresso grinder. I had ordered the wrong one and needed to exchange it. When I called and spoke to a customer service representative they were so helpful and knowledgeable that they got me set up right away with the right part and facilitated an easy exchange. I was so grateful and will be getting all the parts we need from you from now on!”

“I ordered M5x12mm screws for my Gaggia Classic. That should have been M6x12mm, but when I searched for "Gaggia Classic Parts" the M5 screws displayed first and I assumed they were the correct ones. Why else would they be there with that search? Anyway, I chatted with customer service and after a couple of snied comments that this was my fault, they agreed to send the correct screws at no charge as a replacement. So it's a 5 for customer service as you took care of me, but this was avoidable even without me "double checking" with customer service before purchasing. Get your search results to only display compatible parts when customers enter the precise brand and model of their espresso machine. I don't know if that's possible, but it would help avoid situations like this.”
