“I paid $17 for expidited shipping (2 day priority) on a small box. I understand this is not your fault but it said it shipped on a Friday and got the package 6 days later on Thursday night. The box looked like it was hit by a train. The contents was not damaged. I know, not your fault on the shipping, just thought you should know.”

“Packaging was very lacking. For an 8lb motor, with a small electronic component, the padding was very inadequate. Both parts arrived very damaged. I was able to reposition the bent pins on the small electrical component but it is unknown whether any internal damage was done. The copper tubing around the motor was bent and kinked.”
