“Arrived in great condition, though the interior package was a little beat up. Works well and customer service was kind and very respectful. I only didn't give a 5 star is because sometimes I think the machine needs a finer adjustment to the dial. Would purchase again.”

“Not sure why more order wasn’t what I received. I needed a single basket for a Rancilio Silvia and received an additional 2 incorrect gaskets. I think we got it straight now, but it’s not what I needed when I needed it.”
