“Great transaction and very fast shipment!”

“It is clumsy and time consuming to call and request parts, only to be diverted to the website. I then had to set up an online account. I then had to go to a third party to set up W9, only I couldn't use the one I have on file from the government, I had to use theirs. I then had to email espresso parts that I had completed that. Then they had to reset the order, then I had to go back in and complete the order. This took 2 days to complete, and used to take 10 minutes. I tried to call back at several minutes before closing and they had already sent the phones over to closing. It was way too much work and time.”

“The Vero glasses are excellent— they’ve washed well in the dishwasher, and they look beautiful. I bought one each of the smoke, amber, and emerald, and I’m really happy with all three. Great for my double espresso shot from my little Breville in the morning.”

“Purchases were sent via FedEx service that requires pickup from a drug store. I did not request this service. It would have been far more convenient had regular USPS delivery to my address been used as expected. One of the parts I ordered - while it seems nice - broke after only days of gentle use. I guess it was cheap, but I'm still not super happy about it.”

“Espresso Parts did an amazing job from start to finish. My package came when expected. The packing was perfectly packed with bubblewrap and peanuts to protect my order from breaking. I love the shot glasses that I ordered. I use them everyday.”

“Most of the products ordered arrived on time. The portafilter was back ordered and there wasn't much communication provided by Espresso Parts. I had to reach out and was told it was further delayed. In no part your fault, but a notice would have been appreciated. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the products and purchase experience. Will defeinitely consider buying again. Thank you.”
