“I attempted to buy the part I needed from another company who took my $$, emailed a reciept and never shipped the part. I found what I needed on the Espresso Parts website & about 5 days later it was on my porc. It fit perfect and now I can make coffee in my own kitchen! I laugh when I drive by Dutch Bros and see 15 cars in line waiting to pay $8.00 for a cup!”

“Still waiting for the part to get her. Took 3 weeks for it to get to Phoenix and now has been sitting there all week and ther is no way for me to get it because it is at a distribution center. My machine is leaking all over the place while my parts sits with the post office unable to get. I won’t ever buy anything from you sent through the post office. I have had to cancel so many events because I don’t have my machine. I am so close to having to close my business over a $48 part!!!”
