“Ordered the Rancilio Rocky Front Panel Support (doserless) and it arrived with all screw holes untapped. Emailed customer support and received no reply, but did get an automated email asking how you did. Very poorly is the answer. Had to buy a metric tap set to thread the holes myself and for the money spent on the Front Support that is wholly unacceptable.”
