“I ordered espresso cups. I chose a different color cup than I preferred simpy because the web site said the cup was available. After ordering I received email that cup was on pre-order status and not in inventory (but web site indicated it was avail). So I sent an email that since cup was not available I would prefer to get a different cup. I received no reply to that email. I would never have ordered this cup if I would have known it was not available for immediate shipment. On a positive note it is a nice cup, not cheap looking. It's just not the preferred color I wanted.”
