“It was quite straight forward to go with esure and I did phone to check on a few aspects. This was dealt with well. I have not had to claim so I cannot comment how they would deal with me in that situation.”
“Esure called me in response to a quote and I explained what happened with the previous insurer who blatantly abused the comparison site. Put my mind at ease and I signed up. I hope the renew quote is competitive if so I will definitely be staying with them.”
“I was with Hastings for 3 years,it just went up & up . It got to 600 pounds, So I rang round & ensure got me down to 300 pounds. Wow. Thank u :-) I'm 54 & remember the Times when insurance companies looked after you. It would start off high but then came down every year if you didn't claim. OOOHHHH the good old days. “Although the service provided was good, my circumstances changed as I re-located to France so had to cancel the policy. It was simple and easy and the refund came in the timescale and was the amount stated. I would have preferred to have known in advance that there was a charge for early cancellation although it would not have had a bearing on my decision.”
“The provider was about the same as any other insurance company, what did annoy me was an admin charge for pushing a few keys to change my address on their system, any excuse to obtain additional charge so I will not be staying with them at change of policy”
