I was given a renewal quote and I said I’d shop around, came back to them and after 30mins and my renewal quote had expired and the new quote was now £70 more!
Past 3 years I’ve always had insurance with Esure purchased through money supermarket and esure always came out the cheapest however when you call them up to get it at that rate they always refuse and get me to buy it online. It’s a frustrating process online and phone with Esure.”
“Cheap quotes for a reason. Awful second rate company who refer to their Terms and conditions continually. Could not speak to a Supervisor / Manager to discuss a dispute due to "Covid " , but Covid didn't stop them implementing their admin fees !!!! Poor, shamefull company. Pay a higher premium for a more professional insurer otherwise avoid like the plaque. Awful , awful, awful.”
“Phoned up and spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE Scottish man called Martin.
The call quality his end was awful and he was speaking far too quickly. So I very pleasantly apologised as I couldn't hear him properly, and asked could he repeat what he said, and he ANGRILY SHOUTED the sentence back to me and hung up. He needs to be sacked IMMEDIATELY.
Call was 30/09/20 at 17:55pm (the call connected after a 25 min wait in the queue.)”
“Car was stolen and they offered 6k less than than it was worth. Do not use them. Terrible to speak first check they sent was for £130 as a scare tactic. Then they same you accepted the offer. No negotiation, I am not sentimental about cars but know how much they cost to buy. Feel utterly let down through no fault of my own. Would never use again or ever recommend to anybody. It is wrong and reported to financial ombudsman.”
