“Taking out insurance with esure was easy enough they checked proof of no claims and that was it really. Only down side was I don't think I received any documents either in the post or on line which I would prefer to have had.”

FREE excesd cover isn't FREE - my previous insurance company took fraudulent photo of a house numbered 17 that is NOT my, but 20 miles from same - I reported said insurance company to the Police regarding their illegal fraudulent photo.”
“Terrible service, the customer service advisors needs serious training to listen and accurately records customer requirements ... and the managers need to ensure that they respond to complaints. In my case I have had over 6 calls with a variety of customer advisors each who promised action but none of them kept their word and nor did the managers even bother to even call !!! Truly amateur service... and will never recommend them!!”
