“Terrible company.
They put me on cover and then immediately said they didn't believe that I lived where I said I lived despite the V5 showing the car at that location. I even sent them a photo of the car parked outside my house. They kept threatening to cancel.
I won't be renewing with them.”

With using them for my car insurance I found one that gave me almost the same cover that I had been paying many pounds more with my previous insurer .”

A few weeks later they tell me my insurance has been cancelled. Naturally I called and tried to solve the matter, I proved I sent the email the same day it was asked for and they still cancelled the policy AND charged me the cancellation fee!!
They claimed they sent out warnings, which was a lie, no email, no phone call no letter. I sent them the proof as soon as they asked for it, I had no fault at all, but I was charged £60. Would not recommend.”
“Esure, I dont really dont know how to put into words how I feel, I understood that insurance companies were there to help in difficult times, esure in my experience presume anyone who makes a claim is guilty before innocent, multiple letters sent to me asking for my personal data, taken my car without informing where it even is? Absolutely disgraceful yo”
