“My partner suffered a stroke and was in a coma Esure hounded me when i cancelled the direct debit and i explained that he was in a coma and they asked for written permission from him before they would discuss with me ,they had no compassion and emailed and phoned ,dismissing what i had told them and suggested even though the car was never going to be driven again id have to pay immediately as Enforcement officers would issue a fine ,i was already under so much stress and they just dismissed anything i said and they took a n unauthorised payment from my sons account and told me it was authorised ,but my son had not made such an arrangement ,really find them uncompassionate and really feel harassed by them and am desperate now to get rid of the car and INSURANCE ,i have live chat as evidence and emails ,”
“I moved to esure as they gave me a good quote for my car at the time. Mid policy I've changed my car. It was easy enough to change the car details online and it didn't cost me any extra.
However I have a personal registration and as this wasn't put on the new car straight away as I had to wait a week for DVLA to swap things over. I called ensure to change the registration to the new one as I'd submitted the online forms and it had rejected. The lady on the phone charged me £29 for this privileged. How can you justify such a large admin fee for a simple task!!. I insure three cars and did intend to move them all to esure but not anymore. I've never been charged this much money for an admin task by any other insurance company.”
