“The accident we had was 100 percent the other person’s fault.The follow up from assure legal department was pathetic..We were supposedly supported by their legal systems but severely let down by their follow up.
We had a witness that said the other driver was speeding way beyond the 5/10 mph speed limit in a car park.An open & shut case where the blame lies.They accepted a 50/50 agreement.Not happy with the stain it leaves on my competence as a driver”
“Thanks for making my replacement car more challenging, not only was I NOT responsible for an accident which ended up writing off my car, I'm also now £1500 short of being able to buy a car because of the incorrect valuation of my car by esure's engineers who hide behind "guide prices" not taking into account what it's going to cost you to buy the car on the market. Be warned - choose this insurance if you want a challenging process 👍”
“Esure owed me my direct debit from 29/3 as it was to late to cancel it when I cancelled my policy with them I was told by the agent it would be returned within 5-7 days I also paid a cancellation fee to them, I contacted them today because I have not received my payment back to be told by another agent I am not entitled to it no reason just no when I said the other agent said it I would be refunded it this one told me I was misinformed and they think that's it, they clearly do not train their staff very well when they feel it is perfectly ok to misinform the customer and we will just accept it, what do they preach... if you give US misinformation your policy is void but it's ok for them to do it how is that ok short answer it's not”
