It has been 4 weeks and they haven't declared whether it has been written off or repairable. The staff and not sympathetic and do not care. I asked to be contacted daily by someone as it was me who was chasing them but daily...but surprise surprise they didn't and it was still me chasing up a team who quite frankly didn't care that I didn't have a car or any means of transport for 4 weeks. They have so much small print which you don't get to notice until you make a claim and costs you much more..Go with someone more trustworthy such as Directline I will never ever go back to Esure ever again.”
