“Following an accident where my car was parked (I was not present) and therefore 100% non fault.
Communication almost not existent from Esure. Albany Assistance however (car hire provider) kept me completely informed every step
Of the way including when their bill was settled, some 4 weeks before Esure advised me that their claim was settled, despite me telephoning them to query this only for them to be very defensive. I followed this up with an email to the lady dealing with my claim only to be completely ignored with no response.
Both my car and home are insured with Esure, both of which will be renewed elsewhere. I will not return to Esure and would not recommend them to anyone else.”
“Waiting on the phone for over twenty minutes before giving up.I needed to make an amendment. I bet if I was purchasing It would have been answered straight away.

“I can't put into words the EXCEPTIONAL customer service i was given by a member of the Manchester team when i got through to CRAIG LEWTAS (I only hope i got his surname right). To confirm this EXCEPTIONAL individual works for Jonathan Rettig who should be extremely proud that Craig is one of his direct reports. Craig was OUTSTANDING in his attitude, completely customer driven and motivated by customer satisfaction to which i have never, ever experienced such behavior displayed by this individual called Craig. This simple phone call made me right this review and further communications into the company as i was completely driven to do something for Craig as he spent a great deal of his time doing something for me. I don't need to wish Craig the very best of luck for the future, as i believe he is the future of esure and the CEO should recognise this guy with a role in delivering exceptional customer service to new entrants within the organisation. In my life i have never had an urge to recognise someone other than saying thanks for your hard work. This experience made me write this review because Craig made a huge difference to me when dealing with the most boring subject in the world-Car Insurance. Now that's AMAZING.
