“Contacting Esure customer service is like a miracle! I'm very disappointed! I sold a car and I could not cancel my policy for 2 days because I could not reach any advisor ! It is ridiculous! Listening for that annoying music! Overall I spent around 6 h of waiting on hold !!! They charge for cancelling policy but they do not want to send proof of cost for cancelling so they do not do money refunds ! There is call back service up to 2h ... Yeah you can wait forever, but you will not receive a call back... POOR SERVICE”
