“Just rung Esure with a query and to inform them of a change of address, and been informed I must pay £30.17 administration cost, being a senior citizen I found this unfair and unacceptable, when saying I would switch to another insurance company I was informed that would cost me £35 . So I paid, and they apologised profusely, needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for car insurance next year, very shortsighted of them I would say ,wouldn't you”
