“Xouxou products are very bright and catch eye. But I’m disappointed in the brand as guarantee of the delivery. I was left alone by support team while trying to receive the prepaid order with prepaid delivery. Unfortunately I’ll not recommend Xouxou as a reliable supplier.”

“Good idea It works, but durability is a problem for my intense use I bought total black wires and clips , the metal part loose color rapidly , the clips broken….. 🤷‍♂️”

“I bought a cover for my phone to protect it but already in the first week the back screen of it broke. So the side under the cover. Very poor quality. Also the end of the straps/necklace fell off by itself and got lost. For such an expensive piece it’s incredibly low quality and poor design.”

“Nice quality of cover and strings. However the metal parts (carabiner) get open when wearing, so i already lost my phone twice while using xouxou products….lock should be secured much better”

“Unfortunately the quality is very bad. in 1 month and a half it broke the cord fitting with the phone. the design is beautiful, but the quality is not the best.”

“i do like the design and usability i don't like the service, i wait for more than 14 days for my order; the standard reply is that i have to wait until the package is returned and than i will be contacted whether i want to have a refund or the package to be sent again”

“New caves are much more durable than before, but the carabiners are no match to the first generation. I’ve changed three lanyards with new carabiners within several months. It’s a thing you can’t rely on, and I don’t like that. You should provide an option to order the sturdy first type of carabiners. I’d have bought it even with double cost.”
