“Porto für Rücksendung zahlt der Kunde UND wenn man ein Guthaben hat, kann man dieses nicht bei % verwenden, geht auch GAR NICHT ! , denn es ist lediglich ein Guthaben und kein ENTGEGENKOMMEN der Firma ! Produkte sind leider schnell unansehnlich, Farbe blättert ab etc.”

Hallo Andrea, vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass du mit der Rücksendung und der Nutzung des Guthabens unzufrieden bist. Kostenlose Retourenscheine sind oft finanziell nicht nachhaltig, was dazu führt, dass viele Online-Händler Retouren vernichten, statt sie weiter zu verwenden. Wir haben uns entschieden, neuwertige Produkte wieder in unsere Warenhäuser aufzunehmen, die Kosten dafür sparen wir lieber bei kostenlosen Retourenscheinen. Aber wir nehmen dein Feedback ernst und werden unser Bestes tun, zukünftig Verbesserungen in den Bereichen zu schaffen. Nochmals vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns über dein Erlebnis zu informieren.

“Nachdem ich das Case 2 Wochen in Verwendung hatte, platzt leider an allen Ecken und den knöpften die Gummierung ab. Wirklich schade, da es nach so einer kurzen Zeit nicht mehr sexy aussieht. Gerade wenn wir den beachtlichen Preis beachten sollte das wirklich nicht passieren. Auch die Nähte des Bandes scheinen sich auch schon zu lösen. Von der Idee her aber wirklich cool. Qualität leider nicht so doll. Schade. Ich werde eine Reklamation versuchen.”

“The worst phone case that I ever bought. Overpriced for really bad quality. The next that I bought it it was dirty and impossible to clean it. The same with the chain.”

“The design is nice, but the functionality and quality not so much. The phone case buttons are not fitting properly and they are hard to push. Also, the paint on the phone case is poor. After 3 days it already started to come off on corners. I returned the product. Not satisfied.”

“The customer experience was good overall the package was sent quickly, and some products like the necklace seem cool but I am halfway happy. The necklace part is quite sensible to open by itself, which is quite dangerous because i can risk to lose my iPhone or airpods. It just open on his own when moving the wire. Plus the worst thing is that I bought one "sand" case, which looks cool but that is really terrible in the form, if I put the iPhone in it I cannot even use the buttons! It's basically unusable. I don't understand how customers can use it.”
