Had my order delivered, but alas,it was the wrong part,no problem exchanging to the right part but I had to pay an extra £8. It would have been a good customer gesture if they offered me a small discount as I had to call into the branch to exchange parts.

Customer service at Wembley branch seriously needs to be looked at. All employees at the front desk works very slow and should not let a customer wait in line for more than 5-10 minutes max. Apart from customer service rest is good.

One man on the till, long queue. Long wait after, lots of staff in the back but a lot of standing about and talking. After the long wait I was given the wrong product, couldn't find my ordered item that was on the shelf to my right. Purchased items fine, reasonable prices, long wait.

Service is always slow and inefficient even for click and collect

Ordering the car battery and collecting it was straightforward and simple enough. However, the extra bit of customer service would have been nice such as carrying the car battery to my car. Opening the door for me would have been better but the person on the desk was busy on his mobile...

Nice products, but when I had to collect only one was available and I had to come back again. No indication was given of it, so then I could wait for everything.

I was promised premium delivery but the item wasn’t even dispatched until the day it was supposed to arrive

Having paid for express delivery not impressed that it took phone calls and 2 days to be delivered. No offer of money back I had paid for express delivery. No problem at all with parts ordered just delivery not wot expected.

Only ever 1 person serving customers at my nearest store, frustrating to be waiting up to 30 minutes during busy periods.

I don't normally have an issue, but this time I had to go and collect my order from Cirencester, due to it not being delivered, not a lot of point of offering delivery if it's not going to happen.

I went to the shop to collect my order. The wait time was really bad, even though I'd already ordered and paid online. I just wanted to pick my item up, not wait in a que forever. The man was lovely when I eventually got to the checkout, not his fault he was upfront on his own.

Got stuck behind two customers one was ordering multiple parts for her car through a third party on her phone the other was asking for parts then not wanting them after the clerk had gone out back to find them so a bit of time wasted if only there was a separate desk for click and collect but that was my second visit of the day as the queue was much longer on 1st visit I decided to return later

I spoke to two of your employees both told me what car battery to buy, it was the wrong one I then had to take it back to Euro so waste of my time and still no car due to wrong battery and I didn't get refunded the delivery cost

Bought oil filter, fuel filter and pollen filter for a service. ECP gave me the wrong oil filter, unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home (thankully I realised before I dropped the contents of the sump!) and had to make a trip back to the store when they were open again (easter weekend). Mistake was rectified with a minimum of fuss.

Coil speings were expensive than similar brands. Only advantage is they have stores nearby mechanic garages

although assistant happy to hand over my order after confirming my identity I spotted an item missing, he went to collect that item from stock then went straight on to another customer. No bag/box given so had to man handle the items (x2 trips to my car ,leaving items on counter).. then found another item items missing so had to go back again.. felt I was an inconvenience.. if my order was picked correctly and I was ordered a box /bag my experience could have been more enjoyable.. 😐

Euro car parts, great. Lots of stock and next day for collection. Aberdeen colection point, what a disaster! spent about 20 minutes waiting in a que (missed my lunch) while the staff couldnt find anyones orders and the que behind me was out the door by the time I left. Realy disapointed with service there.

Purchased a Klarius exhaust clamp . Poor designed clamp but sh*te steel used in manfacturing of this part contributed to part snapping in half before use. Euro got a next day replacement but on receipt was missing the clamping bolt. Luckily broken part was still at the branch so used bolt from that. Cheap sh*te from China no doubt , but where do you buy quality these days.
