“Ordered some parts they were not delivered on time. Chased via customer service who were very helpful but the local Chertsey branch still did not deliver. Had to cancel the order in the end. The rating for the branch is a 1 Customer Service did their best to help and keep me informed 4”

“I have purchased on line a batery van advised by Car Parts system based on registraton number but the batery was not suitble. I had to change it. On top of all the incovinience I have been fined for parking as well. There were no parking spots availailable so I had to park as closed as posible to the shop. Not a good experience.”

“I use to work for the original Euro Car Parts, (many many years ago), started with 5 Branches, throughout the North East, head office was in Newcastle, owned by the then owner of Mill Garages Group. Each had a Renault 5, for (ladies to do deliveries with, and manager to use). Glad to see it's kept the same customer service, stock of parts, etc etc, I've used Morecambe Branch several times, (moved here 25 years ago), this time the lady counter assistant, (collecting her online order), went above and beyond, also a delivery driver returning to the branch, who seeing the extra L plates, just purchased for the granddaughters car, on the side, stopped traffic from her left, whilst waiting to return to the Branch, (a huge thanks to him), this was her first time in the car, took several attempts to join the road safely.”

“Required part easy to find and order. Ordered on a Sat afternoon and able to collect on the Mon afternoon. Part was ready for collection, staff member was friendly and we were able to return the old part for a return refund which was a bonus. Great service all round. Thank you!”
