“Parts arrived quickly although 1 part was wrong and the others didn’t fit even though putting in vehicle details 30 mile trip to take back for a refund”

“Very dissapointing! I've placed an order about 2 weeks ago and the status is still processing. They are liars because they say the delivery time is 3-4 working days. I just need to get my money back but I can't untill the order is out for delivery. So i wouldn't recommend them!”

“When placing my order I had no email confirmation and support could not send me one either so I ordered another part to be sure it was delivered for collection. There was no photo of the fuel pump on the website but it said that the part would fit my car. After collecting the part from store and then trying to fit it, I found the part was incorrect. The first part ordered was cancelled but it has been 10 days and I still haven’t been refunded. Awful service, selling parts that are the wrong fitment with no pictures on the website. Still waiting to be refunded for the cancelled order.”

“Great deal on 7 litres of synthetic oil, paid for express delivery and it arrived a day late. No fuss, no argument from ECP and they refunded the delivery charge immediately. Excellent customer service”
