“Application on line web site easy , going to the store for collection rather difficult as the staff looked baffled when handed over the collection document eventually understood and handed over the purchased items. . Then at the store I made another enquiry and I decided to go ahead and purchase part cost in total £469.93 Part No : 603660079 and 60366007Z Surcharge . Reply was after checking unable to supply as no store in the UK stocks it , this was the downside of the intended purchase. Wished they were able to oblige.”

“Parts ordered and arrived very quickly. The parts have increased in price quite a bit and can some of the time be sourced for less that Euro for the same make. Not always the case so I now shop around which I did not often do before. Good service though hence 4 stars.”

“Three stars is probably a bit unfair, 10 days after ordering I’ve still not got my parts! But this is down to Ervi damaging the parcel beyond repair, Euro parts sent me a replacement which Ervi collected then sent it back to Euro parts because to parcel was to big and needed a special service to deliver!! The order was just 2 van batteries !! Day 11 still waiting for my delivery!”

“Ordered two items. Was informed time ready for collection. Only one item available when I went to collect. Was told, the second item would be available next day. Went to collect next day, it was not available. They said it would be in tomorrow. Went to collect, and it was there. Not happy with being told ,items are available for collection,when they are not. Waste of my time and fuel.”

“Ordered wiper blades click collect. Arrived one blade showing in stock but couldn't be found so bought a different one instead which unfortunately didn't fit. Phoned to check if the one needed was in stock as it was still showing 1 available. No they couldn't find it so had to ask them to order one in. Staff were helpful and excellent service, stock system not do good. Online car checker said both wiper blades would fit my car, only 1 did. Lot of faffing about, wasted time and making multiple journeys to get things sorted.”

“Euro car spares are close by and I use them all the time, The staff are friendly and helpfull, Small car parts I take to the Store so they know just what I want! Or i usually take a photo of the part I might need if it is not off the car eg engine, I have been using Euro Car Parts for ove 20 years or more.”
