“Euro car spares are close by and I use them all the time, The staff are friendly and helpfull, Small car parts I take to the Store so they know just what I want! Or i usually take a photo of the part I might need if it is not off the car eg engine, I have been using Euro Car Parts for ove 20 years or more.”

“I ordered a set of wind deflectors for my vehicle. Arrived and wrong ones completely. Had to drive 12miles to nearest euro parts store to return. Guy took them off me and the invoice. Messed around on the computer and said I'd get my refund in a few days. 10 days later and no refund has arrived.”

“I ordered some car parts which did not arrive in the delivery period quoted. I'm not sure if the parts suddenly became "not available" but Customer Services sorted the problem and the parts were delivered in a couple of days by Evri without problem.”
