Die Abholung in Portugal mit GLS funktioniert nie.Muss man tagelang warten bis die Abholung tatsächlich stattfindet. Eurosender sollte diesbezüglich etwas unternehmen .

Eurosender service was excellent and very good price for the value. The only issue was with the local provider - DPD - which didnt complete the pickup on the first committed date.

The experience was awesome. I sent a bike where most of other curriers said it was too big or the price was absurd. Friendly stuff, best prices, delivery on time. 100% would recomend it.

Parcel was never picked up despite several pick-up dates being scheduled. Customer service unable to resolve this issue while at the same time unwilling to reimburse me. Based on a very poor experience, I wouldn't use Eurosender again in the future.
