They cahrged my credit card for extra charge because of overweight of my parcel but without to ask me first Very dissapoint I received my luggage open and missing things

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry if some items were stolen from your suitcase, we can never predict this kind of event, unfortunately. Our colleagues from the claim department could assist you regarding this matter and the insurance could accept to refund 200 euros. Regarding the extra charge made due to an overweight/oversized, officially we do not need the authorization of the client because the details provided were not matching the dimensions/weight measured by the courier company in their warehouse. However, if you wish we can contact the courier company GLS in order to obtain the exact dimensions/weight for you to understand better the additional cost. I am not happy with the carrier you use as their service was very disappointing. I called your customer service line for assistance and they helped right away a and solved my issue, however, the representative was not very customer service-oriented. You also need to follow up with an email notification after the successful or pending resolutions.

I wrote to eurosender to change my delivery address, but when I called to the DPD to check if it is going to the right place, they told me they didn’t receive anything. So the parcel was sent back to Italy and than it was relocated to Poland to the new address, but after almost 2 weeks without updates, I received an information that it is lost. Now I am waiting for the insurance, I payed for an extra, but nobody answer me for one week.

The problem with logistics and new addresses is that once your parcel is collected with your original data (addresses, phone numbers, etc) and when you wish to change the delivery address, it is very difficult for the courier companies to proceed properly. Your shipment was international and therefore not only one warehouse is in charge but a few across different countries. Changing the delivery address in the middle of the shipment is rarely successful. Unfortunately, in your case, the parcel got lost and we could assist you with the claim in order for the insurance and the courier company to cover your loss. We are, of course, very sorry for the inconvenience caused and we know that financial compensation is not always enough. Your team Eurosender

I have experienced unsatisfactory services. Pickups were never happening on date. Deliveries took 10 or more days whilst Eurosender promised 6 days. International tracking number was only supplied upon request. Last order for a parcel delivery within Greece took 14 days instead of 2-3. While I had paid Eurosender upon placing the order, Eurosender informed local courier about payment with 8-9 days' delay and after numerous phone calls to Help Desk.

Serviço horrivel, muito atrasado, só na terceira data foram buscar as minhas malas. TInha 3 malas demoraram 1 mês a chegar, só me entregaram duas, a outra perderam. Nunca mais utilizarei este serviço e irei escrever um reclamação.

ORDER NUMBER 108154-20 I still haven't received it as my boxes. As the boxes were collected in Lisbon, on March 11 and ate today, April 22, I don't have my five boxes. Today, only one box arrived, after more than 40 days, the box was broken. The contact with eurosender was exhaustive and disrespectful on the part of your company. I just want everything to be resolved, I want my boxes, where there are my documents and inexhaustible family assets. There were five boxes, 3 with 20kg and 2 with 30kg. I request respect and attention and resolution. Ana Oliveira.

My package with GLS arrived with 12 days of delay. I can understand it because of the corona situation but I would have appreciated a notification of the delay on the website, before the purchase, or that the package would have been picked up later. Anyway I received good assistance, Marta B updated was very kind and updated me quickly.

La perfezione non è una caratteristica dei trasporti italiani , ora per causa Coronavirus siamo tutti a casa e quindi il disagio non c'è ma se in tempi normali uno deve rimanere bloccato a casa dalle 9 alle 13 di mattina quindi deve chiedere mezza giornata di ferie per un ritiro, lasciamo perdere. Se si da un appuntamento definito il cliente si può organizzare e se ci sono ritardi di traffico va bene uguale ma un presunto orario sci deve essere. Oggi una telefonata da cellulare costa nulla a livelli industriali per cui l'autista può sempre avvisare l'utente che ci può essere un ritardo .
