“Spedire solo oggetti di bassissimo valore. Scrivono che la loro assicurazione copre fino a 200 euro ma in realtà non ti daranno mai niente.”

“Boa tarde, estou a dar um comentário ruim, possivelmente não com o vosso serviço mas com o facto de já com duas encomendas de recolha que fiz no vosso site, e sendo a transportadora "Chrono" que se registam atrasos na recolha, não falo de atrasos de horas nem de um dia. Mas sim de 4 a 5 dias. O que nunca encomenda com alguma urgencia é bastante complicado para quem vende que é o meu caso. Já me aconteceu ter que ligar para os vossos serviços para reagendar a recolha, o que implica mais custos do que os propriamente ditos dos portes.. Espero que esta exposição sirva para optimizar o serviço oferecido por vós. Obrigado.”

“Je ne conseille pas leurs services ! J'ai eu de multiples problèmes, le plus important étant que je n'ai pas reçu le bon colis chez moi mais celui de quelqu'un d'autre ! Les explications d'eurosender " Ce n'est pas de notre faute si le livreur colle la mauvaise étiquette sur le colis". Conclusion aucune nouvelle de mon colis qui était une valise pleine ... Si vous tenez à votre colis n'utilisez pas eurosender !”

“Booked for my luggage to be collected from Ireland to Denmark as I was caught in the lockdown, they were very responsive and fast to get my luggage due to Easter and the pandemic they have been delays, hopefully it arrives soon.”

“Procedimento per spedire il proprio pacco in modo veloce e semplice. I tempo di ritiro previsto del pacco da parte del corriere è stato rispettato. Purtroppo data l’emergenza Covid i tempi di spedizione sono stati rallentati molto, ma alla fine il pacco è arrivato a destinazione. Consiglio pienamente!”

“Paid for fake servis Instead of 3 days, 15 days! all goods damaged. Very ignorant company, personnel. Worst experience ever. Request 100% money back. Paid for 400€ insurance, but they have 60 days!!! to respond?!”

“I sent a parcel and Eurosender lost it, I was the one finding it and after that, it took a month to get to me. After complaining about that I still haven't had an answer. Very poor service, it wasn't the first time I used this service but after this, it was the last one.”
