Very bad service. Don't trust them. They lost a baggage for my friend and never came for my luggage at all

I sent something from Spain to Netherlands. The agents from eurosender were really helpful and the pickup was on time. However, once things arrived in Netherlands, they got lost. The recipient or sender were never informed regarding when the package would be delivered. Then he found a note with a pickup address. When he tried to pick up the boxes he was told they were not there. He travelled to another location, this time they said it was there but they couldn't find it and asked him to come another day. Then I received a note that the packages were being sent back to Spain because they were not picked up. I had to make several phone calls to fix this. Again, I got help from eurosender agents, they were really nice, but the problems in Netherlands made it an awful experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

You failed to collect the item even when i was giving instruction to your company & then failed to tell me that you were no longer even trying so i had to use another company & they did it first time

Hallo, Ich weiss letzlich nicht was Ihr Unternehme macht und wie und ob Ihr Service wirklich funktioniert. Nur durch Zufall bin ich leider beim Aufrufen der SEUR Webseite auf Ihre Webseite fehl geleitet worden. Nach Bezahlen der Versandgebühr mittels meiner Kreditkarte hatte ich dann von Ihrer Abholung nie wieder etwas gehört und letzlich bei SEUR das zu versendende Packet aufgegeben und dort nochmals die Versansgebühr entrichtet. Ihren Service habe ich also zwar gezahlt aber nicht in Anspruch nehmen können.

Ho spedito un pacco al termine del mio periodo Erasmus da Madrid all’Italia. È passato un mese prima che io (e non di certo il servizio clienti) ritrovasse il pacco e questo mi fosse consegnato. Il giorno in cui avrebbero dovuto ritirarlo per la spedizione non è venuto nessuno, quindi mi è stato consigliato dal servizio clienti di portarlo a un punto di ritiro, dove è restato perché il corriere ha scannerizzato il codice senza ritirarlo, per settimane.

Worst experience ever. The pickup was delayed by three days, the delivery was delayed by two and a watch was stolen from my package. I contacted customer service several times and they were not able to help

They have lost my parcel and I haven't got any reply from them. Its a famous company but their internal communication is so bad and I have lost my everything as i was shifting and I had all my belongings there.

It took ten days to pick my luggage and deliver it. May be it was a problem with DPD but eurosender didn't keep a track of it. It was just they informed dpd and then nothing else to do... was Very upset with the service

Sehr schlecht! Erst nach mehreren Aufforderungen das Paket abgeholt und Dan hat es Noch wieder 3Tage gedauert! Nicht gut!

Last I talked to Eurosender, I was informed that my order was cancelled and I will receive a refund. However, It has been a couple of weeks, I have still not received my refund and the personal never answered to my email.

I won't ever use this service again! after two rescheduled pick-ups due to the courier which was not able to find my house (without any reason), I had to leave the country and nobody collected my box. UNRELIABLE!

2nd time i use Eurosender. 2nd time broken things in my package. The package came in a very bad condition. Dissapointed.
