Last I talked to Eurosender, I was informed that my order was cancelled and I will receive a refund. However, It has been a couple of weeks, I have still not received my refund and the personal never answered to my email.

I won't ever use this service again! after two rescheduled pick-ups due to the courier which was not able to find my house (without any reason), I had to leave the country and nobody collected my box. UNRELIABLE!

2nd time i use Eurosender. 2nd time broken things in my package. The package came in a very bad condition. Dissapointed.

Customer service replied to me without reassuring me about the shipment, which was not tracked on the web site, I received the boxes after 20 days, they were opened and ruined, none contacting me about the delivery, never again.

Very poor is all you deserve with your service. Poor communication, Slow transport, took 3 weeks to deliver one pallet 900km far. Dispatcher promised in one week....

We were a group of students who moved from Salzburg to Copenhagen and used Eurosender to send out luggage. The service was so bad, we had problems in picking our luggage in Salzburg and problems in receiving them in Copenhagen. Some of us received their package after 6 weeks if not more. We were not happy with the service at all.

The package was picked up without inspecting the packaging and then when it reached from Osijek to Zagreb it was turned down and delivered back to Osijek. So I lost 50 € and did not get my package delivered... So I am not happy with the service.

I was not very happy with the service, the package was not picket up at the planned time and date also one of the packages got very damaged trough the process and I didn't even get something in return, eventhough it says it's insured. I would not choose this company again.

I trusted you with my delivery and the suitcase went missing. I will never recommend or use your services again. It took many stressful months and finally I had to claim from her travel insurance. Shocking !!! Thanks Trace

Un desastre. Reserve para el 01/04. Luego me lo pasaron para el 03/04 y luego para el 07/04. Asi hasta que el 08/04 llame porque nadie vino a recoger nada. Ahora me avisan que vienen el 14/04. Sinceramente un servicio pésimo.

I’m absolutely not satisfied with the services provided. First of all at the agreed pick up date no one has came and the parcel hasn’t been taken. It caused too many problems as I had flight back home next day. I didn’t have anyone to ask to stay for all the day while waiting for someone to come and to pick it up. Everyday I was asking whether someone will come to take it, and even asking neighbours to stay home. However every time when they were promising to come, no one was actually coming. It was going for a week. Due to this delay I also didn’t have anyone at the place of delivery as it was 2 weeks late than it was supposed to be. Moreover the box arrived totally destroyed (good thing that I put just clothes there and nothing has been broken).

Its sad that you deliver broken parcels or even wrong or lose them and then find excuses to not pay the insuranced money.

worst service ever and completely unreliable. No one should use this company. My package was never picked up and customer service was completely unhelpful.

You transported my e bike. It arrived 1 week after the date that was arranged. Afterwards it appears that the bike was extremly damaged. The rear wheel had to be replaced. So never never eurosender again.
