They lose packages or delay in delivery often (once they lost my package for 3 months and after more than 40 emails exangues and 80€ spent calling the offices and the local storage places, they delivered it totally destroyed). Last time I gave a change after that, the guy who picked up my package didn’t want my help to take it from the door to the car and in the way let in fall on the floor 3 times smashing it a lot. The package arrived the destination almost one week after the date supposed to arrive

Eurosender used DPD to carry out the delivery which was a catastrophe. First, DPD couldn't find the address, after sending a Google link clearly indicating the location, they claimed they didn't find it again. At the 3rd try, only 2 of a total of 3 packages were delivered (in total already more than 14 days after sending them) and the 3rd was marked for return to sender. DPD then refused to work with Eurosender so that I myself had to call them several times under a number that charged money for calling them. I was told several times I called the wrong number and to call a different one but was not automatically connected. Each time, they claimed someone else was responsible. Another week later and 2 additional failed attempts to deliver my package, I only received more emails informing me that the package was on the way to the airport. Finally, it was dropped off without signature, delivery notice or even email when I wasn't home.

Not picked up on time twice in the dates initially confirmed and without prior communication for not showing up in the pickup, only possible to pick up on Monday- Friday and on the most common working hours (9-5) which required physical presence of the sender, delivery time exceeded by 2 working days compared to the estimated 3-4 days

Once again,I had to hunt the guy from GLS here in Portugal, as again he marked my package as not delivered due to my absence at home (lie as always)when you finally manage to get in contact with this horrible company (as hardly someone picks up the phone)I manage to call the driver on the 4th attempt and he told me to drive to his home,and wait as he is eating his gelatine at the moment!!!!!!!!!The guys from GLS failed 100% of all times I used them,they never even try to call,they never deliver,why bother when simply mark the order undelivered and blame the recipient as absent,when instead you can sit at home and do nothing and still get paid!!!!This company is a big disgrace,I recomend DPD,Nascex,UPS even the local CTT post is incomparably better that this poorness of so called "delivery" GLS company. I will avoid to used them,I pass this to all my friends, I share it in all my public accounts!!!Dont use GLS if you dont want to loose your order!!!Read all the reviews about GLS here in Portugal, everyone hates them! Incompetence,laziness,unprofessionalism!!!! Eurosender uses GLS here in Portugal, that's why until you change your partner here I will not order nor recommend Eurosender . When I order Eurosender, automatically receive this bad company to deal with !!!!

Came damaged with content missing . Courier escaped so had no option to wrote damages down. Company said that because I didn't made a damage protocol with courier then I have a low chance of getting anything. Postage was almost twice as much as with other companies but was tempted with no need to measure each package. Don't recommend.

K&N did not even pick the palet order up, very long transit time, and when order finally gets K&N likes to delivere at 6 am in the morning. You charged for insurance and i had to fight to get it back on previous order as apparently despite not even beeing exposed to risk if there is no order you still dont return it . I have sent more than 100 parcels with eurosender and had 15% dicount which was ended with not reason. Slovenian eurosender raised the prices for same day pickup with own label pritning and one must know courrier bloody well to get orders picked up...regular user would pay more and then have so much problems ans calls.

You Lost my package and I receive it 3 weeks prior the date, without my intervention I might never get it. Also you opened my luggage without my consent. Very dissapointed.

My experience with Eurosender is awful, to say the least. I sent an order Netherlands, where I was at the time, and during the journey I changed the delivery address but Eurosender sent it to the old one, they even sent me a delivery document to the email which I later knew was false because the order was in the warehouse. However, I had to go back to Portugal and the order had to be sent back as well, it took 2 weeks for the whole process to arrive in Portugal and the link that supposedly worked for tracking didn't even work. I just received an apology that I didn't think was enough after days of calling Eurosender, dpd portugal and dpd Netherlands. I do not recommend it!
