My experience with Eurosender is awful, to say the least. I sent an order Netherlands, where I was at the time, and during the journey I changed the delivery address but Eurosender sent it to the old one, they even sent me a delivery document to the email which I later knew was false because the order was in the warehouse. However, I had to go back to Portugal and the order had to be sent back as well, it took 2 weeks for the whole process to arrive in Portugal and the link that supposedly worked for tracking didn't even work. I just received an apology that I didn't think was enough after days of calling Eurosender, dpd portugal and dpd Netherlands. I do not recommend it!

Never picking package on selected date plus last time I had to pay to change courrier which was picking up package because first one didn't pick it for one week. It's not my problem who Eurosender picks to work with, I shouldn't be charged third of price for their fault.

Lack of communication between customer service agents and delivery agents. Furthermore lack of communication between Eurosender and clients if something goes wrong with the delivery.

A encomenda ainda não foi entregue à data. A pessoa para quem foi enviada está sempre em casa. Uma simples chamada para o seu no de telefone a avisar que vão entregar é útil.já que por duas vezes dizem que foram entregar a encomenda, mas ninguém tocou à campaínha. Começo a duvidar da entrega. Será possível ligar antes a avisar da entrega????

I have ordered a pick up service on certain date and nobody came to pick it up nor informed me that they won't come. After reaching out several times to customer service (english one and the local one), trying to reach out to the driver who simply didn' t want to answer couple of times, they came to pick up four days after. Customer service was friendly but I simply cannot count on waiting four days if anyone will come to pick up the package. The worst part is that nobody informs you if there are any delays so you are just calling and calling, sending emails in hope they will eventually come. I paid for one service, I got something else.

I don’t recommend. I sent the parcel 3 weeks ago and it disappeared, customer service promised that he will contact with me soon but I have never received a call. Unprofessional and unreliable company.

Ho spedito due pacchi, arrivati in ritardo. E' stato impossibile reperire informazioni, ho chiamato tante vole Eurosender che in principio mi diceva di chiamare la compagnia ma poi anche moro hanno provato senza risultati. Alla fine i pacchi sono arrivati, danneggiati e anche i alcuni miei effetti sono stati danneggiati. Non verro' risarcito ne per gli effetti danneggiati, ne per il ritardo.

Ho spedito il pacco il 23 marzo 2020. Da Roma a Bristol. il pacco non è mai stato consegnato ( c'erano persone ad attenderlo sulla porta) nonostante fosse stato confermato un previsto orario di consegna. Poi il pacco è stato re-inviaato dall'inghilterra di nuovo in Italia ( per tentare un secondo reinvio, con etichetta più precisa: la prima era stata scritta male da eurosender). Ma a tutt'oggi (9 aprile) il pacco non è ancora ritornato al sender. INCREDIBILE NON-PERFORMANCE. Da questa esperienza ( non ancora conclusa) direi che Eurosender non è capace di lavorare.

I used your services to send my stuff from Germany to Greece. All four boxes were in really bad shape. Moreover, i had sent my desktop, which I wrapped with plastic protective film, wrapped with my double bed quilt, wrapped with tape and again with protective plastic film. Still, they managed to destroy my aluminium case such that no one would. Eurosender vs Pc case : 100-1. STAY AWAY.

Bad service and bad customer service. I booked the service for one suitcase (55€, for a student, that’s a big budget) from Lituania to France. I didn’t receive my suitcase at the end in France. It was another person suitcase. We call the customer service and they said it was our fault. It was (according to them) our job to check that they put the right name. But isn’t it one task pf their job ?! So now it is my job to find the person who has my suitcase, and pay another time of another service to transfer the two suitcases. For Eurosender, that’s normal !! I really do not recommend Eurosender. Not trustful and not helpful. Bad customer service. Don’t go with them !!

katastrofa!!! paket sam poslao zbog pigrešnog prezimena a sve ostalo je bilo ispravno pajet mi se nakon 20 dana vratio!!pošiljatelj iz hrvatske je ispravio prezime i umjesto iz drugog pokušaja da doatave paket švabo ga je vratio pošiljatelju!! katastrofa!! neka mi nitko više ništa ne priča o njemačkoj poslovičnoj ekspeditivnosti oni su auslanderi u zemlji korektnog poslovanja. zbogom zauvijek!
