Worst service ever. Parcel didn’t get picked on agreed date, had to chase over 5 times and wait almost 2 weeks for the parcel to be picked up from sender. Couldn’t recommend less

Spedizione dal Portogallo al nord Italia. Per qualche motivo provano a consegnare il mio pacco in Lazio. Contatto Eurosender: sostengono che per il dpcm i corrieri non lavorino più. Chiamo il corriere, risolve il mio problema e il mattino dopo è arrivato il mio pacco. Assistenza clienti pessima.

horrible service for the insane amount of money one spends for delivery, 15 days passed and I am still waiting for my bag to arrive, helpdesk made a scene about proper packing in the middle of a pandemic, poorly communicate with their partner courier companies, some customer service operators were really nice however most are really disengaged, never called or emailed back when they promised. Would definitely avoid this company in the future.

Eurosender ignore les exigences et formalités douanières des différents pays européens, tout en vous assurant que votre commande est en ordre… on paie, bien entendu, et ensuite le colis n'arrive jamais à destination car il manque un formulaire.

first parcel your website reset delivery address back to collection address so parcel was collected and delivered back to me the next day?????? second parcel you input a wrong address for delivery and a wrong tracking no after 5 emails you corrected your mistakes very poor service..

I would not recommend this company to anyone! I sent two bags and they tagged them wrong. One of the bags arrived really late and the other one, a big bag of 30 kg NEVER ARRIVED! I had to sent an email and after I describe my bag in detail, they said they will try to find it until a certain date. I waited until the date and a few days later I had to send another email because they forgot to inform me that the bag was considered officially lost! And now is taking ages to know if they are going to give me the money or not!! THEY LOST MY BAG AND THEY ARE CONSIDERING TO NOT GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK. Worst experiment ever!

Too much irresponsibility. Poor service. Lost order, had to be delivered in two business days. It took more than 30 days and the order was considered lost. They received money for insurance knowing the contents of the order and they took no responsibility. I do not advise anyone to work with EUROSENDER. Be careful. Victor Ribeiro

Paket ist verloren gegangen. ;-( Support kann nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Schade: Fand die Idee eigentlich ganz gut.

Terrible!! Package collected then returned a week later with no reason why?? Customer service solution, just pay for another delivery and hopefully this one goes...

Respected All, It is very bad experience ever I had because 1) they took 2 days for the pick up and give me the fake resone that we could not find the address and on the same address they have picked my bags after complain so my friend wasted his 2 days for my bags 2) they have mentioned delivery within a day but one bag deliver after one day and second bag has not found at all and the bag was just throw near to road and did not ring my apartment bell or did not inform me at all because driver was affair that he took only single bag of mine from the stroaage due to second was broken. 3) I have call like 20 time to eurosend and dpd and also written mail not getting proper answer and the driver has been deliver my bag after a week and bag was broken from the bottom and i could not move my bag and I have to transfer my stuff at that moment and dpd driver told me that I am not responsible and euro sender saying that i am not responsible, meaning while last 10 dyas they played the blaming game to each other and trying to escape from the problems. After all the complain I have told them taht what should i do with the broken bag and they told me to send me picture and eurosender we will give you some compensation, after two days they send me an email we will not cover the bag damage. it is fine but why you everytime lie to me why you told me to send me picture and all those things why you waste my time ???? why you send me an email that they have attempted two times delivery this is also lie to me. Because I have waited like anything for my bag and did continuous call to eurosend and dpd. meanwhile you cant solve the problem of the customer but at least do not waste anyone important time to believing you lie thing. I hope you can understand my problme and give me the proper solution.

Totale Katastrophe ein Teil der Ware ist völlig zerstört angekommen und ein Teil der Ware wurde gestohlen. 450 Euro schaden. Keiner Zahl ! Nie wieder !!!!
