Very badly service...mijn small packing from Greece left on 28/02/20, will be here after 4 workingdays, but still did not arrived...I took contact with your customs service of Eurocenter by email and also phone last week...they gave me a shipping nr. which via came to DPD company with info that packing arrived by end of destination DPD Worms ( Duitsland).. further i searching my own for a lot of time and i found that coming by other postcompany GLS.. it came all the way via Bulgaria, Hungary, Duitsland and finally Netherlands my home country but still after 7 workingdays and not 4 i did not recived yet!!!

Fake service and my order Order no. 790034-20 was not connected over the week as result I use Poland post service in order to send my package. I kindly ask eurosender due to return my money 22.99 Euro. Because none service carried out. If eurosender not responsible for the own deals regarding package collection fixed date no need to be on this market, because it more looks like for the internet financial fraud. Die 3 Pakete würden nie vom Dienstleister abgeholt. Ich musste dann die 3 Pakete (jeder über 10kg) selbst zu Post tragen und verschicken. Es gab 0 Unterstützung vom Kunden Service. Nicht von Eurosender und auch nicht von DPD. Ich werde niemals wieder mit euch was versenden, und ich werde es sicherlich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Eurosender never picked up the parcel, and everytime we contacted them, the said they would pick it up the next day but never came. of course they kept the money.... BIG RIP OFF !!!!!

Glassware was neatly packed, in boxes like in stores. Still almost everything was broken! Probably they just throw your boxes across the hallway for their entertainment...
