Please understand that in logistics factors like bad weather, heavy traffic or simply technical errors could causer delays. According to the tracking number the courier tried to deliver your goods today, however, was unsuccessful because no one was present at the delivery address. EUROSENDER ne respecte pas la promesse de livraison en 4 jours ouvrable. Le paquet a été pris chez moi le vendredi 21 février 2020 au matin e nous ne l’avons toujours pas reçu. De plus le traking n’est pas fiable. Il y a 4 jour il apparaissait comme étant arrivé à Porto et aujourd’hui il apparaît comme étant encore en Allemagne. Cordialement Luisa Inácio Carias

My parcel was not picked up after seeing the van drive past and not even try and look for the address. Then the tracking numbers provided did not work once it was finally picked up a day later. I was unable to track them. One parcel arrived on time and the other arrived 1 week later. I had already left the area and had to return to get the box after it was delayed. Terrible service. Some items damaged.

Die Abholung in Portugal mit GLS funktioniert nie.Muss man tagelang warten bis die Abholung tatsächlich stattfindet. Eurosender sollte diesbezüglich etwas unternehmen .

Parcel was never picked up despite several pick-up dates being scheduled. Customer service unable to resolve this issue while at the same time unwilling to reimburse me. Based on a very poor experience, I wouldn't use Eurosender again in the future.

I have tried to send the package twice and your driver does not appear even though I left all the address details and the cell phone number to which no one contacted me.

Two out of three parcels were not picked up. Eurosender said they would follow up with DPD post for a reimbursement but never confirmed. The customer service agent failed to update me several times and I've stopped hearing from Eurosender. Very negative experience unfortunately.

It was two weeks before my suitcase got picked up. Most call center staff was not helpful at all.

Dpd didn’t pick up my package. They told me that they change the carriers company to gls but I found out they didn’t . Now dpd brings my package, even though i told I do not trust them. dpd lied last time when they didn't come to pick up my package . no one informed me about the changes . I'm not sure my package will arrive safely. Eurosender is the worst delivery company. You can’t trust them.

Servizio clienti molto efficiente per quanto riguarda la risposta in breve tempo, meno efficiente per quanto riguarda il risolvere le problematiche. Pacco consegnato dopo 17 giorni dalla spedizione, per fortuna non c’erano cose urgenti all’interno.

Super bad comany. It has been more than two weeks since I ship my luggages and they are not here yet and you even lost one of them. I will never hire you again and I need and urgent answer regarding my things

We never got CMR. When we asked for document that we legaly must get, you said that you are not responsible. We paid transport to Eurosender. So please contact the courier because we need to submitt CMR to accounting. Bye.

they worked with DPD Polska (poland), which made a terrible job. DPD did not come to pick up my packages, I had to bring them to a deposit area. My luggages eventually all arrived to France, but more than 1.5 week after i left them, meaning 3 times longer than the 3 days policy Eurosender claims to have. Eurosender's customer service had the audacity to tell me it was my fault if the delivery man from DPD Never came to my door even though i stayed stuck at home from 10am to 18pm to wait for him. Outrageous. I will never use them ever again !!

Was supposed to come Tuesday and only came for pick-up 2 days later!! We were on a schedule of getting the package sent to a conference! I have basically wasted €50 because my package was considered unfit! It was wrapped in its own cover (it was a roll-up banner) with the address on it. I had paid for the option where you can also transport musical instruments and sports equipment, just in case the shape would be a problem. Will not recommend and let others know what Eurosender does to its customers!

The package was picked up from Drogheda Ireland 06.02.2020. and it should be delivered to Labin Croatia and its still in transit. I called DPD Croatia and they said that the package is probably still in DPD Depo in Ireland and suggested me to check with DPD Ireland...still checking and waiting.....
