I bought a express service 10 days ago and the delivery hasn't made yet. In internet was 3 days to delivery!

En las 3 ultimas veces que he usado el servicio nunca han llegado el día programado para la recogida de la caja un servicio inpuntual, pesimo me han echo perder tiempo por varios dias

I have no words. Everything have been stolen during transport. The luggage was opened when I received it. Obviously, I do not recommend Eurosender at all.

I had to call 3 different days for you pick up my package,your deliveryman didnt want to call me when was there because thats your policy... and now you send me the mail to valorate your service and i didnt receive my package yet. 70£ to have a lot of problems and still waiting my package. Thank you

Worst service ever. Once again I had problems with my packs. First you delivered it in the wrong address even if it was written ON THEM. Then you told me to collect them in another country!! Then after 2 weeks you finally delivered it right. I ALWAYS have problems with you. The phone number that you show on website is wrong, nobody ever answered me. Through email I cannot talk with one person because every time answer me a different person in a different language!!! (Italian-English-German?!?) what’s wrong with you? I use is just because I’m broke and it’s the cheaper company but next time I’ll pay more and use another company. Goodbye

deadlines were not respected (two weeks late), bad communication. Really disappointed by the service from a well known company as Kuehne Nagel.

The subcontractor Eurosender hired did not deliver the package and the items inside in a good condition. Half of the items were broken and I filed a complaint but Eurosender said it is my fault for sending fragile items. The items I sent were not fragile and they should have been better kept. I am definitely not using Eurosender services any more and will not recommend it to anybody. On the contrary, I will look for better service with another courrier company.

Não têm cuidado nenhum no transporte. Enviei uma mala envolvida em plástico como a empresa recomenda e chegou ao destino completamente partida! Depois de fazer a reclamação disseram-me que não cobriam porque esta não ia dentro de uma caixa de cartão. Serviço péssimo!

Very poor, because no body called the receiver, the packages are still not on the place, my daughter have no idee, where the packages could be, he has no information, although, there is in the system written, that she was informed.. Very bad
