Your partners are not responsible and do not comply at all. 95% of the pick ups booked are not done and we receive a lot of complaints due to this.

Firstly, every single one of my boxes arrived smashed, with holes in them. The boxes were brand new, heavy cardboard, secured with layers of heavy duty tape, so I have no idea how this happened. There was no flexibility with ordering the shipment and every part of the company policy makes it sound as if it's the customer's problem if anything goes wrong. Also, the pickup and drop off windows are 9 hours long, with no estimate of when they may arrive. The service was not cheap enough to warrant how bad it is. The only positive thing I can say is that it was fast, but even then, the shipment date was delayed because of an error.

I am not happy that you do not take ownership of lost package and act more promptly even if you use different provider. The bad name will go against you

I consider it as very poor and i am not even getting my refunded amount. What in the world is going on? I have asked two times in a row already,its very despicable.

They say that they can ship alcohol safely but I ordered a shipment of a whisky bottle and it arrived at my address in pieces, like the parcel had been thrown to the walls. And even though they claim any shipment has a basic insurance of up to 200 euros, because of their stuffed terms and conditions they exclude a lot of items and situations in which you could get reimbursed. If you want to ship alcohol - look for another alternative. - too expensive - no shipment safety - no way to be reimbursed for alcohol items

No shippment happend.. No one cane to pick the parcel. Its wate of money and energy. Bad response from team who say they cant find well known address even can be found in Google maps. Shippment havent done after 5 rebookings. Worst of all.

Worst shipping experience ever. They seem to be learning on the backs of customers. 1st they transferred incorrect information to the shipping company and then they seemed to have no connection to the shipping company to fix it. Order came in 10 days instead of 3 and did not come to my house but to a depo that’s on the other side of the city. AVOID AT ALL COST AND USE SHIPPING COMPANIES DIRECTLY!

Not picked up on the asked date (almost a week too late, and then it came on different dates to the costumer even they live only 20 km from each other,on a transport from more than 1500 km). How can this be efficient? 4 different orders for 4 pallets is also not the easiest because of all the extra paperwork.

Parcel was completely smashed. Tape wasn’t the one we used, apparently someone opened our parcel. Deliveryman left the parcel at the door and faked signature. Cannot ask for refund because it passed the “48 hours claim period” Will not use again.

I have tried to sent the parcel 5 times in december and 2 times in january. It has never happened. They want you to be at home waiting for the pick up from 9am to 6pm and they do not want to call the foreign number. Even if me or my friends were at home waiting for the pick up, we did not hear the bell (so maybe they expect you to wait in front of the door). I am very disappointed by their service, even tho the people who I were in contact with were nice. And they do not want to return the money if pick up have not happened.
