Eurosender misplaced the parcel, the customer service was pathetic, did not even inform me that the parcel was found.

My shippment was not picjked up and istead of my order the company which sold me the goods had to print their GLS labels and now I am working like crazy to get somehow the payed money back. On your site there is nowhere contact to arrange anything. No tel number or anything. Sorry but it is true.

I am realy upset. I would like to make an complain. I have paid 85 euros to send a package. It was supposed to be collected on wednesday and delivered on tursday (1 paid for 1 day delivery) Nobody collected on wednesday. I have called 3 times saying that you were supposed to collect from 2pm-4pm anda it was latter on. Always the same answer: Paris has lot of trafic. The person waited to the package, friday the person was not in home. He had to go by himself to colect it. If I had send directly by DHL it would be less expensive and better. I realy do not understood what happend

I took a day off to wait for the courier to arrive and they never showed up. I then had to take a second day off work to wait for the courier to collect the packages. No attempt to apologies or arrange for a Saturday collection/provide compensation was made. The parcel did however arrive on time. I don’t think I’d use them again.

DISASTER! Ordered pickup for 29/01 stating that I need a parcel by 04/02, was assured that it's gonna happen as shipping takes 3 business days. Pickup on 29/01 didn't happen. Called them straight away, customer support agent Nr. 1 assured me that pickup will be done next day (30/01) first thing in the morning. Didn't happen on 30/01, called again. Agent Nr.2 was super rude, unhelpful & kept bullying me that I have stated the wrong address and such place doesn't exist in London, although address is totally legit and confirmed by the sender of parcel and her colleague agent Nr.1 the previous day, who double-checked details of my order. In the end agent Nr.2 assured me that she arranged pickup for today (30/01) and it will happen for sure. 1h later received e-mail with rescheduled pickup date for 31/01. Called again agent Nr.2 and she hung up on me 2 times, without even speaking to me. Called help desk, guy kept asking me to stay on the line and he will connect me to customer support. Waited on the line for 10-15min, constantly someone picked up the line and hung up on me. Finally agent Nr.3 spoke to me. If I want parcel to arrive on time I have to pay extra 150 EUR (additionally to 45 EUR already paid). No guarantee, no possibility to cancel and get a refund, no reason why pickup is being postponed two days in a row. Nothing, just straight "WE DON'T CARE" attitude from Eurosender team. 2 of my claim tickets were ignored, no reply. Very angry, unsatisfied with the service, just awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've used Eurosender 3 times in the last couple of months (unfortunately they were the only option we knew of). The first time I ordered 3 palettes to be picked up from outside my house. Everything was confirmed and no-one showed up... I called THEM to find out that the driver wasn't showing. So I had to leave thousands of euros of my property outside on the street until the next morning. Absolutely no compensation was provided. It's rather disgraceful. The second time was ok. The third time my TV was picked up on the 18th of December and then we heard nothing until the new year. Waaaay past the delivery time we were told. Thank god I never have to use their service again. Shame on them.

Conmen , scam site , you will pay less for a very bad service and only get a head ache , pay the extra money and go with professional companys , eurosender write their own positive reviews and reply to negative ones saying they will resolve , they stole my money and refuse to repay saying it's the courier companys problem , do not waste your hard earned cash with these gypsys

Worst service ever! I will just copy/paste from another reviewer because same things happening to me right now. After ordering, they send DPD to pick up my parcel, but DPD never show up. Playing cats and mouse with customers. I'm waiting 2 weeks! Yes two weeks?! Absolutely ridiculous. They send numerous parcel tracking numbers but still nothing. Copy/Paste (same experience for me) --- It's so wonderful to order a shipping, getting all of the confirmation emails and so on, waiting from 9am till 6pm AT HOME for the bagage to be picked up and.. And nothing. The package doesn't get picked up because no one comes. And of course, Eurosender can't be reached by now to fix the situation because, oh well, after 6pm it's closed. Thanks a lot for nothing. Hope i'll at least get my money back since I'm never getting back all these hours i spent waiting on the pick up truck of your "courrier delivering partner". --- They didn't even offer my money back. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Oh yeah this is not first time. Be aware of this company. Totally untrustworthy!

I used the service of Eurosender 3 times and my package had never been picked up on time. This time it's already 10 days after the pick up date and I'm still waiting for the package to be picked up. Definitely not recommending this company!!

This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered and paid for the service only to be left waiting at home for DAYS for them to come and pick up my package, which they never did. I called them hundred of times and was completely ignored. In the end, I had to pay so much for extra luggage on my flight and they only messaged me to tell me they can't refund me. I honestly don't know how a company like that wasn't legally prosecuted yet for scammers they are. STAY AWAY FROM EUROSENDER.

I was waiting at home for 2 days, since they first promised me my suitcase will be picked up yesterday and then they postponed it to today - nobody came and I am not even able to get a refund. Now I have no other option to take the luggage on the plain.
