I have placed an order with eurosender and according to their "rules", the packaged should have been retrieved Friday (30/08). Friday nothing happed! I sent several emails, I tried to call (the Portuguese center btw does not answer the phone! the UK center closes very earlier), and message in the chat they have (one coworker said it was my fault, another that I should send an email - when I spent the afternoon sending emails!). On Saturday I got a reply! Alleluia! And they said it was the wrong address. How do I ask is the wrong address, when the transport company does not even have my order (and yes I can confirm this since I called and called again). The second time, the same thing happened! Package to be retrieved between 9h00 and 18h00 and nothing! The third time... Guess what! My package was still at home!! This situation was not acceptable, and at that point, all I wanted was my money back and cancel the service I never received! From that moment, I didn't hear anything from Eurosender. If you are still considering sending something with Eurosender, don't do it. The moment sth goes wrong you won't receive any help and no money back.

I sent three packages with Eurosender from the Netherlands to Germany. The trouble started right away when I booked an order for three individual packages and despite multiple mentions and reminders by me the sales representative booked three pallets instead. As a result I got an order confirmation with three pallets instead of three packages. Despite another call to clear the issue up, the same sales representative confirmed that the booking was exactly as it was supposed to be. As a result, I overpaid for the service. That would have been fine, if not one of the packages (a surfboard) arrived completely shattered, the nose broken off and another big ding at the tail. Knowing that such things often happen to fragile shipments, I had padded the surfboard extremely well (two board bags, pillows, plenty of clothes, towels and a wetsuit). I have no idea how you would have to treat a package in order to shred it to pieces as much as it had been - it is easy to suspect intention behind this. Anyways, of course I claimed the broken package but as many have experienced there is no way of getting a refund when you don't have the delivery man sign off on the damage at the handover - which is hard to do as they usually leave as quickly as possible. So all in all, I overpaid for a service which destroyed my surfboard with no chance of getting a refund. While Eurosender "tried" to help me with the claim it took them only 1 or 2 days for them to send me a notification that it was impossible to get it. To be fair, Eurosender is only an organization which distributes shipments to individual shipping companies. Nonetheless, there doesn't seem to be any sort of screening, nor any accountability of individual shipping companies. Cannot recommend in any way.

Terrible service - advertise 1 day service that took 8 working days to deliver. Customer service refused to take responsibility and said 'external influences' can cause delays - bloody hell, 8 days! What a great get-out! Stupidly only read terrible reviews after paying them -Never again!

These people are located somewhere in Eastern Europe, with some small time may homerun business, terrible logistics, and support. I regret using their services, and my box is sitting somewhere in their country for over 7 days with no shipping estimates in sight. Avoid!! The few $$ you save is not worth the hassle or perhaps losing the goods. The positive review seems fake!

HORRIBLE. If you want your stuff to be actually shipped somewhere, avoid using Eurosender. I have made that mistake unfortunately. As of now, it’s been a week since my luggage was supposed to be picked up. I paid for this more than a month ago and got all the confirmation and reminder emails one could get. However, no one showed up last week on the day of the pick-up. Then, I contacted the FaceBook customer support, call center and email support. Facebook staff told me to send an email, which I did. The phone I called never got picked up on that day (even though it was in the afternoon). I only got a response in the evening saying “wait a few more hours and tomorrow morning and otherwise contact us again” which was at a point where I had already spent the whole day waiting for the service. Furthermore, the next day, my roommates jad to stay at home and wait as I was advised my Eurosender (I myself was moving). Of course, no one showed up again.Two days after, they rescheduled my pick-up for a Friday (5 days later than it was supposed to be). They also told me not to stress that it’s “only” 5 days and that no compensation is coming my way (even though I needed my stuff that week). Surprise surprise, no one showed up on Friday either! What did Eurosender do? Told me to wait 4 more days when my luggage “will be” collected. I am curious whether I will ever get my money back or my luggage. Additionally, I had to pay for all the calls even though they offer a service of “calling you back if you press 2”, which they never do, so when after 15 minutes of waiting on the line someone picked up, I first paid for the call and second asked to have someone call me back. That person said, “of course, I will call you promptly”, for one hour, no one called, so I had to do it again myself. Please, do use a different company if you want to avoid all this.

Can't emphasise enough the need to avoid Eurosender. The delivery timescales advertised are a complete myth and are an attempt to mislead. A 'one day service' took a week and when queried with their customer service told 'one day' was only an estimate. They then just ignored subsequent requests for information. There are better quality services out there - use them!

They never collected the suitcases for 10 days. Always had excuses that they couldn’t find the package, didn’t know what it was etc. yet it was suitcases as detailed on the order form left at the concierge of. 4 star hotel. I called the hotel 3 times and they confirmed that nobody had been or called them. When trying to cancel as the collection was after I was leaving Europe they refused to consider a refund as per their terms - they cannot guarantee a collection date. Really - within 10 days ? Why take the order then

DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! The worst experience and nightmare one could imagine. Two art pieces to be shipped from The Netherlands to Paris, packaged super well and FRAGILE written all over, everything arrived broken, and the art pieces damaged and no longer of any value. When putting a claim in, response was: ‘’not packed well’’ this company is managed by complete in-responsible workers that will DISTROY your items, no responses, waiting to get answers and impossible to work with and advice to stay away from them!

2x 20kg packages are got lost missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst courier company ever work, keep away. Two 20kg packages got missed two times, last 15 days I am struggling to get an update of my packages. Nobody knows where are packages. Packages are supposed to ship Ireland to Uk in a two working day, still, we do not know where they are last 15 days!!!!

Worst delivery company ever. Sent an expensive fragile package using their service with full insurance coverage. Before payment everybody was super friendly and helpful. First, the package got delivered first to a wrong location. After reaching out customer support, it was redelivered again with total delay of more than one week. Then it turned out that package is broken. Unfortunately because of being on business trip, I could find out it only 1 week after delivery. After a long conversation with claim department (not as friendly anymore as it was in the beginning) it turned out that I submitted my damage claim 1 day too late as what is required by their rules. And even the insurance I paid can't help. As a result, I spent 5 times more money on delivery than I would for a normal post, got package delivered 1 week later and finally got my goods of worth of around 1000$ in damaged and fully useless state so that I can only throw them away now.

Do not waste your money! A shipping company that can not find the address in the center of Florence - they have never heard of a Google map or GPS. As soon as we request a refund, they stop responding to our emails and never respond to the listed phones.

If you want your parcel to get lost, Eurosender can easily take care of that! Worst services ever! They wash their hands very easily, blaming the courier company, although when initially booking their service, they don't ask/ say beforehand what courier company I, as customer, prefer to take care of my parcel's transportation. My parcel got lost, they told me for more than 3 months they are still looking for it. They used to send me pictures with different parcels they couldn't identify the owner of (imagine how many parcels get lost, if they send pictures with tons of belongings they have no idea to whom they belong!). Obviously they always have as excuse the "not buying additional insurance". They never call, I as customer always called to check the status of my parcel. They didn't even return the money I paid for transportation, although the parcel never arrived to its final destination. And many more. Just make sure you never book any service with them!

I totally do not recommend contacting this company. My parcel with personal belongings was lost, the insurance was not paid, all the claims were not taken seriously! 1. After on 31/02 I made 2 orders, I was expecting of pick up my 9 boxes. My order was not pick up on the day (1.03) in the order confirmation letter. 2. 4.03 i received the letter with another pick update for both orders, 7.03. 3. But on 4.03 the delivery service came and took 5 boxes and not 9, that I had. 4. Then on 7.03 nobody cames 5. The driver came on 8.03 without any notification 9. 11.03 the GLS delivered one small parcel (that I did not order) to me and promised to deliver 6 boxes on 12.03. But I expecting 9 boxes. 10. 12.03 nobody came, and nobody sent me any actual information about delivery time. 11. 14.03 in received 8 boxes. I have a document from the driver GLS with the number of the box that he collected but not delivered. And the company do not accept it. Do not work with this service!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! First nobody came to collect the boxes and of course they make you stay at home from 9am to 6pm. I was blocked at home for THREE DAYS. Nobody came and nobody answering on why. THREE WEEKS later, my boxes just arrived with a promise of a three day delivery. One box was missing and of course they blamed it on me! The courier service did not provide me with any proof of collection and Eurosenders blames me for it, that they have no proof that this box has never even been picked up. After very long calls and emails, they finally agree to contact the courier service which of course confirmed that they lost the package and took two days to find it. The box has been opened and unboxed as they destroyed my initial package. This was one of the worst services I had ever had, both in terms of the service promised "delivery after three business days"and customer service which gave me contradicting messages and wrong information every time I called or contacted them. I will never recommend this service, and I actually am telling everyone around me to never use them.

It has been almost 3 weeks since I have ordered pick up service from Eurosender, after exchanging emails with the staff and calling the courier company as my package was never collected due to various reasons, as the address that worked perfectly well with other delivery company, but became incorrect for Eurosender, and filling a complaint I can say that they do not even try to solve the problems that arise and due to their terms and conditions everything is being blamed on the customer and you will never get a refund for the service you have paid for. What is even more outrageous is that when explaining the reasons why the service was not provided they have the audacity to say that one of the factors is customer being a foreigner in the country from which the package has to be picked up and claiming that due to customers inability to speak the local language the order is nearly impossible to be carried out. Furthermore, according to them picking up something from dormitory is also impossible, thus, in this case, finding people in a block of flats should be also impossible if that is the logic behind this.

All of them had been tampered with, thrown around, smashed and just destroyed. The box which was labeled 'fragile' was especially destroyed. I bet some people find this funny until it happens to them - this is a horrible company with zero customer service or liability. They shy away from responsibility whenever something goes bad. I will make sure to get this feedback around to as many people as possible. If my message helps just 10 people not to book with these scammers, then at least I'd be comfortable knowing that their belongings are safe. I will publish my reviews elsewhere with pictures. Moreover, I will be asking for claims in damages and compensation, and if not, I will be reporting them to the European Union Department of Consumer Rights.

I had ordered a shipment of 2 packages from Germany to Greece for today 21.03, having paid in advance 180 Euros. I called Eurosender more than 5 times today, asking them at what time will DHL pick-up the packages. They always replied that they will contact DHL and they will let me know. They never gave me any feedback. Late in the afternoon, they provided me an e-mail address of DHL so that I could contact them directly. I contacted DHL, and they told me they will pick-up the packages tomorrow 9.00-14.00!!! I have taken a day-off from my job today, and now I need to take another one for tomorrow. Eurosender service and customer support are completely unacceptable and terrible. I will never use them again, I advise the same for you.

96.97% reviews negative, it says it all - Avoid this company at all costs - My insured parcel worth nearly 1600 euros went missing early November. It's now mid-march I still haven't been refunded any money nor do I have my parcel. I've have to chase up everything with Eurosender throughout the duration of this missing parcel case, they do not respond to e-mails in a timely manner, they don't provide me with updates on my case and don't seem to care when I call. I've had to bypass Eurosender's dedicated claims department just to get the courier to admit that the parcel was missing. Eurosender kept telling me that the courier was delaying the case when in reality the claims department didn't inject any sense of urgency. I had to do the job of Eurosender after they had already lost my parcel. After 4 long months of uncertainty my claim was finally approved for an 850 euro refund leaving me 800 euros out of pocket. Which doesn't include original postage costs as they refuse to refund this cost blaming the courier. I'm currently in the process of taking formal legal action against Eurosender in the European Small Claims Court. I have so much evidence against eurosender that showcases neglect and I've had to send multiple e-mail to Eurosender and their partners, I've had to bypass Eurosenders dedicated teams fulfilling their jobs as they are too incompetent to do it themselves. see you in court suckers.
