Sehr schlecht!Ich werde nie wieder Ihren Service nutzen und werde dies auch weiter kommunizieren. Alle mein Geschirr und weitere zerbrechliche Gegenstände wurden bei der Sendung zerstört und es bei Einreichung einer Beschwerde, kam mir keiner leider entgegen.

Beznadziejna firma! Nikt nie mówi po polsku na infolinii!! Nic nie robią żeby dostarczyć paczkę, ostatecznie trzeba samemu się kontaktować z kurierem. Porażka

I sent 3 parcels with eurosender to the Uk from Sweden. Initially the company were really nice and helpful but the moment you have paid they stop caring or contacting you. One of my boxes arrived completely smashed up. Everything broken. I took photos and made a claim to the company and have not had a reply. I have heard nothing from them at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience ever .. I don’t recommend their services They lost half of my suitcases, and the one I got they came over a month later ... Like I said the worst experience ever nothing else to add ..

A NIGHTMARE I ordered pick up of two packages at my address through Eurosender. The pick up didn't arrive on the day they said they would , even though I called multiple times and warned I would not be at home the next day due to business travel. They said they would reschedule the pick up for next week. I then received another email two days after ( while I was still away) that the pick up would arrive that day. I called again explaining that I told their colleagues I would not be at home, they said, ok, we will reschedule as previously arranged. The week after I was not receiving any emails for the pick. up so I called to enquire when they were coming. They said, yes, your pick up is in the process, it will come tomorrow. After two days still no one showed up, so I called again, this time irritated and explained the whole process and asked if it was that difficult to arrive with the van and pick up the packages?? The girl on the phone assured me she would look into it and email me. After that I received an email that the pick up arrived that week when I was away and couldn't find me at home and they cancelled it because it was my fault ?!?! This time I got really angry, and stressed and I called this woman again explained EVERYTHING , after which she agreed with me that their behaviour was outrageous and that she would handle the pick up personally. At that point I though, Ok, it is almost over. But no. The pick up did arrive the next day and picked up the two packages but only one was delivered to the receiver's address. After a few more phone calls and yelling ( it turned out they lost the other package in their depot ??? ) , the receiver FINALLY received the second package. A NIGHTMARE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AGAIN Just to say EUROSENDER worked with DPD on this one. I blame both.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with a company. In a two months transit (instead of 3 days), my parcel has been lost 2 times. I still don't know if they found it because it didn't arrive to any of the addresses I have given: either the sender's address or the receiver's address. NEVER AGAIN.

Look back at all the phone calls, notes & communication. There's very poor communication within all the outsourced vendors Eurosender uses. Awful experience.

Bad service - 3x order returned! First scheduled order shipment resulted in it being returned twice without informing the reason. New shipment scheduled by eurosender - order returned again. In conclusion, more than a month after the first shipment, they say that the order had too much weight (weight information is not even provided and it is not true because the order was weighed before shipping). After claiming, despite service not performed, euro sender insists that refund is not possible. I should have seen the number of people with a bad opinion before sending it (20% is really bad). Never again!

Booked to pick up my boxes two times but nobody called or showed up. The worsts they took money and did not give refund and did not do their job. Never again I will have deal whit this company.
