“I entrusted Everpresent with about 2 dozen irreplaceable family films from about 50-60 years ago, and I could not have hoped for a better result. The digital reproductions are excellent. It's very comforting to know that these invaluable family treasures are now safely and permanently archived for all of us and our future generations to enjoy. It's somewhat beyond words to describe the gazes of my grandchildren as they see and hear my mom and dad, whom they never got to meet, in conversation. There was one small section of one film where voices were hard to hear over the background conversation. Everpresent technicians worked their magic on this and the result was a noticeable improvement over the original. Thank you, Everpresent. We'll be back with more!”

“I could not be more pleased with everpresent. Having my camcorder videos preserved was at utmost importance as we just lost a family member. Every single person I dealt with was kind and showed genuine care for my project. Communication was top notch as was the convenience and timeliness. I cannot thank them enough for what they do! I don’t typically leave a review but when a company is as good as they are it’s a must!”

“Everpresent converted 8mm to a usb for me . They walked me through the whole process and kept me informed along the whole way. My end product was great. The drop off and pick was easy and they where very friendly. I would use them again.”

“I found your system was very easy to do and the results were very good. The only problem is I was told I would have a final consult as to what the final cost would be and a breakdown of how that cost was determined. I never had that. I got an email telling me my order was ready for pickup”

“I've now had 2 batches of 1970's-era 35 mil slides digitized. From a technical standpoint I have been impressed by quality of reproduction not forgetting organization and general QA/QC. For the first batch I was surprised that my slides were categorized as non-standard, meaning higher cost than regular 35 mil slides. Everpresent staff explained the difference and we proceeded. The second batch went through as standard and repeated high quality. Customer service has been good all along but responsiveness could always be improved. Overall I'm rating the service as good and will continue to work with Everpresent in preserving some very important history.”

“The team at Everpresent was highly professional at every step of the process. There was never a lack of communication. The process was explained over the phone as well as through multiple emails providing updates on the project. The projected time frame for completion was spot on. The cost was explained very well and came in on the target. The gentleman at the drop-off and pick-up point was professional and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the result, which is a passworded weblink I shared with family and friends. The quality was incredibly better than I expected from 9 VHS tapes that were in storage for 20 years. I would highly recommend Everpresent for any digital project.”

“generally good but some of the super8 movies seeem fuzzyer than i remember.and returning the super 8 in2 big reels makes unlikely that i cancheck because i have a projector that uses caridged of individual reels. the online access is very good but the time limit of six months seems short also how do i keep the access and for how long”
