Judging from what Connor has said, they digitized the wrong tape (an "unlabelled tape" is Connor's reference, whereas my tape clearly is labelled in Spanish), and I'm waiting to see whether they also digitized my tape and can send me the file, or whether mine simply got forgotten. Also, I've asked for my email thread to be sent to the Niloffs, and asked Connor to confirm that he's done that, but I haven't heard back from him on that.
I got a nice standard thank you email from the Niloffs for my "family" having entrusted you all with my material. However, the tape I sent is not a family home video. It's a professional tape from my initial work in Chile (which, by the way, later led to the Emmy nomination for my TV series there).
