Hi Nina, thanks for your feedback! It seems that you had a rare format audio reel that we do not have the equipment to transfer. We did not charge you for this project but we a member of Client Service Team should have informed you that we could not process this. Maybe I don't know enough of the business, but I thought it would have been nice to contact me and ask if I want the whole tape transferred? Hello Mary, thanks for your email and glad you reached out so that we can properly explain our process. You are correct - we have to digitize the entirety of the tapes to make sure we capture all of the content! We wouldn't want to miss any footage. The good news is that EverPresent does offer additonal video editing services, please reach back out to us and we can edit out any unwanted footage!
