“The 3 and a half hour transfer of my video labeled Anniversary party was mostly movies that were taped from tv. Maybe I don't know enough of the business, but I thought it would have been nice to contact me and ask if I want the whole tape transferred? I could be completely wrong though and partial tape transfers are not acceptable, if so I'm sorry and this review shouldn't be published.”

You are correct - we have to digitize the entirety of the tapes to make sure we capture all of the content! We wouldn't want to miss any footage. The good news is that EverPresent does offer additonal video editing services, please reach back out to us and we can edit out any unwanted footage! “well since this was my first time doing business with you great people i am so glad there are people like you folks that do this kind of work i have been able to see pictures of all my family that have passed on well worth what ever the cost i prob wont be doing any more business with you folks since i dont have any old film left. so good bye and keep up your great work”

“I discovered EverPresent online and while the initial contact was a little confusing, the process went smoothly and project was delivered on time and economically. After years of film reels languishing, it was great to have them transferred by a professional company. Definitely recommend.”

“When my father passed away, we found a large batch of VHS, cassettes, and reel-to-reel film that had never been digitized. I didn't want this family archive to fall apart over time. I also didn't want to mail this irreplaceable collection, so I specifically wanted a company that would actually collect and deliver everything by hand. EverPresent was fabulous from the beginning, and I could hand off all of my precious memories to them with confidence. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, always telling me exactly what they were doing, how much it would cost, and the details of each item in my collection. It truly was a low-stress and low-maintenance solution, and the final digitized product is amazing. Very happy with my experience!”

“I was so happy to find this company. I had 30 tapes (VHS) that I could no longer watch due to done have a vhs player. All tapes are now on one usb so I can download and watch all my memories! My boys are in their 20s now it is so fun for all of to watch their childhood! Not a inexpensive project but definitely worth it!”

“Everpresent did a nice job converting my 8mm film. We used the online download feature as I had no use for a DVD and I am happy I did it that way. I had never seen these films from the 60s and 70s since my dad shot them. As he passed away in 2018, my mom was so happy to see him in his prime in the films. I do not know if the quality is better or worse, but the price was well worth the ability to see these long-gone relatives and friends!”

“I thought you could make the dvd come out better than it did I showed the dvd to my daughter & she took pictures with her cell phone & was able to brighten up the dark pictures with her phone I thought you could brighten up the dark sections in your lab”

“When my mom passed away and the pandemic meant her memorial was going to be virtual, I was up against the clock for scanning photos that spanned her 82 years of life. All different formats & sizes the task seemed insurmountable - but I really wanted to include these images. Extremely grateful to Ever present for taking this particular stress completely off my plate. All I had to do was drop off the photos & then pick them up again with a thumb drive of all the digital images. The memorial was more than I hoped for and the images were a key part of it. Very grateful to Ever present!”
