“I had an old,28 year old 3/4" video tape that has special meaning to me. I wanted it digtized and copied to a DVD dicsk to be able to view it on my computer.

I mentioned that I did not know what was on the tapes and they weren't labeled. I kind of expected that that's the type of thing someone would catch. Could've saved me a lot of money.”
