“Hi! One of my videos worked well… but the other one is not working at all… i tried the DVD, the pendriver and the link online to download… but it is not workig. I hope there is a way to get it to work for me, thks, Virgínia”

“I had over 30 VHS and mini tapes that I had converted over to digital. Everpresent did an amazing job converting these over and did it in less than 6 weeks! My family is psyched to have these to watch again. Thank you Everpresent!”

“I trusted Everpresent with a number of family VCR tapes and later with a set of family relevant pre-vinyl (1924-1940) 78-rpm records, including a 1940 preservation of a radio program about American Women Doctors that included the story of my great-grandmother. Everything was digitized with the greatest of care and came out even better than I hoped, and for a fair price.”

“i was very pleased with the results of the 16mm film. “On the reel to reel tape I sent to put on a CD was of the Bob Hope show in 1969 while I was in Vietnam. Rosie Greer was a football player / singer with Bob Hope. He dedicated a song, Ghost Riders in the Sky to our Squadron (Attack Squadron VA164) because our call name was Ghost Riders. At the end of the 1st CD Rosie Greer sang two songs and If memorey serves me right the 3rd song should have been Ghost Riders in the Sky dedicated to our Squadron bu the CD ends and 2nd CD starts off with Ann Margarte who sings a few songs and some other music and the CD ends after 10 minunites or so. I was very disapointed that I did not hear that song of Rosie Greer. My old tape recorder does not work anymore so I can not check it to listen to it. May you can check to see if it was lost between the 1st and 2nd CD???? But I must thank you for the quality of the CD, the sound was much clear and sounded much better than I remembered it. All in All I would recomend your company and have to a few of my friends but just felt a litte down when I did not hear that song. The few good memories during that war is something I treasure. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for giving me something to remember!”

“My 8 millimeter film reels from 55 years ago were copied onto a disk just as I remembered them they were very scratched and poorly taken at the time and they were reproduced very well. Probably because it was over Christmas time it took about eight weeks to get them back as I recall😩”

We did not charge you for this project but we a member of Client Service Team should have informed you that we could not process this. We will be sure to address this with our Quality Control department. Thank you and we hope to work with you again on another project!

“I sent out my Beta tape to two different companies and they were unable to change it over to a Disk. One of these companies told me to try you. You got about 85% of the tape to be transfered THANK YOU”

“I entrusted Ever Present with my daughter’s thirty year old wedding tape because I wanted to surprise her and her husband with a digital copy for Christmas. I could not be more pleased!! Communication was excellent every step of the way. The finished product was excellent and their price was competitive. They did what they promised, when they promised. I would highly recommend Ever Present.”
